手作りタルト

I made a tartlet of apple.

I didn`t use any goods on the market, but use material stocked in my home.

To be lucky, I had bought flour, butter, sugar and apples.
I use all of them and some seasoning.

Making a tartlet itself was very interesting to me.
The people who ate my tart said, "It`s good!!"
I`m very glad to hear that. I try to keep making something.

アップルタルトを作った。
今回は、何一つ市販品を使うことなく、家にある材料だけ使ったんだ。

ラッキーなことに、小麦粉、バター、砂糖、それに林檎。
調味料（ラム酒、レモン汁、レーズン）も、丁度あったし。

タルトをホームメイドしたのは、とっても面白かった。
私の作ったタルトを食べてくれた人(ま、家族と友達一人なんだけど)は
みんな美味しいって言ってくれたよ。

やっぱ、その言葉を聞くと嬉しい☆
これからも、料理・お菓子作りは続けていきたいです。
