お年頃

I joined the Farewell Party for one of my co-workers last night.
He decided to quit current job and move himself in more strict surroundings.

He said, "I don`t want any of you to think about a job change easily."
This is his conclusion from the days he`d suffered.

We might think same things. It is called "reach a marriageable age".
?? Is it true??

Anyway, all I can do is to cheer him up and help the members who stay the current project.
By the way, I`m going to take delight in BBQ today!!

昨晩、会社の同期の送別会に参加した。
彼は、今の仕事を辞めてもっと自分が成長できる場所へ行くことを決めた。

彼がうちらに言った言葉；
「"転職"を、簡単に考えないで欲しい」
これは、ずっと彼が悩んだ末に結論ついたみたいだ。

うちらの中の誰かも同じこと(転職)を考えているのかもしれない。
きっと、そういう人はお年頃。
(ちなみに英語でお年頃は、"結婚適齢期"みたいに書いてあった
　私としては、そういう意味でその言葉を使いたいわけじゃないんだけど)

ま、私にできることは、彼の新たな門出を応援してあげること。
残ってるメンバーと色々楽しく過ごしていくこと。
そうそう、今日のBBQしっかり楽しむぞーー☆
